Data may be shared with essential service providers such as payment processors, delivery partners, hosting providers and professional advisers. We do not sell personal information.

Terms & Conditions
By accessing or ordering from ElarionLiving, you agree to these terms. Product images and colours are represented as accurately as possible; natural materials and handcrafted work may show variations that are not defects.
- Prices, availability and promotions may change without notice before an order is accepted.
- An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; acceptance occurs when the order is processed for dispatch.
- We may refuse or cancel orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock discrepancies or delivery limitations, with an applicable refund.
- Site content, branding, photographs and designs may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
These terms are governed by applicable laws of India, and disputes are subject to the competent courts applicable to our registered place of business.

Return & Refund Policy
Eligible unused products may be requested for return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, with packaging, accessories and proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items
Customised, personalised, final-sale, hygiene-sensitive, used or damaged-after-delivery items are not returnable unless they arrived defective or incorrect. Natural grain, colour and handmade variations are not considered defects.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label. Keep all packaging while the claim is reviewed.
Refunds
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method after inspection. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary. Original and return shipping charges may be deducted unless the item was defective, damaged in transit or sent incorrectly.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
Orders are normally prepared within 2–4 business days. Estimated transit time is shown at checkout or communicated after dispatch and may vary by destination, product size and carrier conditions.
- Tracking details are shared when available after dispatch.
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and serviceable delivery address and reachable phone number.
- Weather, public holidays, remote-area service and carrier disruptions may cause delays beyond our control.
- Any visible package damage should be documented before opening and reported promptly.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. An order can be cancelled only before it enters packing or dispatch. Customised or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled after production begins.
If cancellation is approved after payment, the refund is initiated to the original payment method. Orders already dispatched must follow the applicable return process and may incur shipping charges.

Payment / Billing Policy
Available payment methods are displayed securely at checkout and may include cards, bank-based payments, wallets or cash on delivery, depending on location and order eligibility. Payments are processed by authorised third-party providers; we do not store complete card credentials.
- You confirm that the billing and payment information supplied is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected method.
- Orders may be held or cancelled when payment is unsuccessful or additional verification is required.
- Displayed prices include or exclude applicable taxes as stated at checkout. Any delivery charge is shown before order placement.
- Invoices are supplied electronically where available. Contact support promptly if billing details need correction.
